The future leaders of tomorrow will be in good hands if led by Youth Council Executive Member, Committee Chair and Secretary, Diane Scavelli. A high school Junior at the Ranney School, Diane showcases exceptional performance and extensive personal commitment to the Jersey Coast Chapter since becoming a member of our Youth Council in 2007.

Diane soars academically and partakes in a plethora of extracurricular activities in school. She is a youth volunteer for our chapter who has increased our Youth Council membership by 20% and is also a participant in 90% of all Youth Council activities. Diane has earned respect from her peers in the program through the example she has set.

Alongside being a youth volunteer, Diane has completed all disaster courses at the chapter and recently was the committee chair for a blood drive, in which she brought 68 brand new donors to the Red Cross. This blood drive proved to be a huge success for Diane and the Youth Council. Positivity, dedication and perseverance have thrived within Diane Scavelli, making her a cherished part of our overall mission.
